About Mullins Coaching
My journey toward founding Mullins Coaching began the winter my mother died, right in the heart of Christmas - a holiday once filled with warmth and celebration, suddenly marked by loss. Grieving her absence, I discovered just how isolating and overwhelming bereavement can be, especially at those meaningful times of year. This experience led me to walk alongside other families as a hospice chaplain and bereavement coordinator. As I supported more than 600 families each year, I realized so many people needed guidance that honored both their pain and their hope. Blending my own story with decades in ministry, I studied grief coaching and created an approach shaped by faith, empathy, and the belief that everyone's grief story deserves respect. Now, my calling is to help others find purpose and peace, even in seasons that once felt impossible.
